Our Office has the mentality to do whatever is necessary in line with our principles  in order to fulfill expectations of clients and moreover to go beyond such expectations, by assessing the cases multi-directionally within a team work, taking joint responsibility and analysing such expectations well.

Our principles we abide by while we execute our profession are as follows:

Objectivity
From the point of view that we should, firstly, be objective in the legal support to be provided in order to prevent our clients’ loss of rights, we deem it very important and necessary to objectively convey our clients the circumstances that they are legally in, within an empathy, and to tell the ways that can be applied against such circumstance within the scope of rules and law, clearly and together with all the possibilities.

Transparency
On the other hand, we believe that it is necessary to satisfactorily inform the clients in legal and financial terms at each stage of the legal procedures conducted on behalf of our clients; and to make all reporting required for such information.

Protective Attorneyship
We act with the conscious that rapid solutions with broad visions should take place of views from a narrow frame and slow process, in analysis and resolution of disputes. We believe that the healthiest approach that attorneyship profession and institution should have is to provide protective law services focused on taking necessary actions by anticipating the results before the problems occur. We are aware that the target in execution of attorneyship profession is not only resolve the already occurred disputes but also to make necessary preliminary preparations within the scope of laws in order to prevent occurrence of disputes or to settle the disputes likely to be occurred in favor of clients. With this point of view, we provide legal assistance for our clients in preparation of contracts and agreements they shall execute and in preparation and maintenance of internal documentation; and we provide verbal and written consultancy services during the preliminary process. We warn our clients with regards to legal problems that they cannot anticipate beforehand, with such legal support we provide. Accordingly, we prevent the possible disputes and damages that our clients may suffer; and in case such disputes occur, we meticulously do what is legally necessary by using the previously prepared infrastructure in order to conclude such disputes in a manner which is most favorable for our clients.

In settlement of legal disputes, we believe that it is necessary to make use of our concrete knowledge and experiences, but to focus on each case from the beginning with the awareness that each case is not the same as another, besides to continuously review, renew and improve, and to seek different points of view and solutions; and we provide our services with this understanding.
